1. What size does my dog need? You can find our sizing guide on the homepage and in every product description. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
2. How long does shipping take? International shipping usually takes between 7 and 14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
3. Can I return a product? Yes! You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍
5. Can I cancel or change my order? You can contact us within the first 12 hours after placing your order. After that, it may already be in processing.
